Your Impactful Role
- Coordination with Home Help Experts: Act as the primary point of contact for our Home Help Experts, assisting them with app issues, location-related challenges, and on-ground operational concerns.
- Location Support: Help Home Help Experts reach their destinations quickly by providing guidance on route optimization and addressing any location-based issues.
- On-Ground Problem Solving: Provide real-time support to Home Help Experts for any immediate challenges encountered during service delivery.
- Operational Improvements: Work closely with Home Help Experts to identify recurring issues and develop solutions to streamline their work processes.
- Training and Guidance: Assist Home Help Experts in understanding operational protocols and effectively managing on-ground situations.
