Finance Manager

Designation Title: Finance Controller

Reporting to: Finance Lead

Job location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Detailed job description:

• Provide daily/weekly/monthly financial and management information reports, including budget vs actual, unit economics etc.

• Responsible for accounting and financial systems, statutory compliance, and timely, adequate controls and accurate bookkeeping.

• Manage fund raise documentation, due-diligence, and related financial coordination.

• Preparation of financial statements as per the applicable financial reporting framework and liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors and tax professionals. • Manage treasury functions, accounts payable.

• Take ownership and implement automation tools, ERPs and processes. Skill and Competencies: • Experience of working in E-commerce, Manufacturing, FMCG or consumer goods businesses is preferred.

• Drive performance management and development of a team of 4-5 team members, by ensuring proper resource planning, coaching, development, and performance management

• Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.

• Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence effectively to highly technical management teams, combined with impeccable business acumen.

• Prior experience in working with large data sets and statistically interpreting it from a business point of view. Qualification and experience requirement:

• Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of work experience (other than Article ship)
