Job Description

The main responsibilities are:

  1. develop sourcing and procurement activities to support key business objectives.
  1. the system and procedure for effective inventory control to ensure readily available stocks to meet the client SLA.
  1. Inventory with a less working Capital and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
  1. implement, and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance.
  2. Customer escalations Wit right solution
  3. of cost savings and cost reduction opportunities
  4. the staff and process around the procure to pay life cycle Sourcing, vendor management, purchase order, invoice processing and payments.
  5. inventory accounting and stock reconciliations in all the platforms.
  1. Management for product, make sure stock available to close the pending.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

  1. /PG degree
  1. in Inventory management
  1. years of experience in similar (E-com) industry
  1. amount of knowledge about Procurements, PO Management, vendor follow ups and Inventory forecasting methods.
  1. to work independently on fulfilment and problem solving
  2. to manage multiple-task, Escalation management.
  3. the solution for problematic instances
  4. in Hindi ,English & Tamil.
  1. working knowledge in MS office and Excel.
