Job Summary

The Automation Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and delivering automation solutions that align with the organization's technology needs. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage automation solutions using ServiceNow, Flow Designer, and PowerShell.
• Utilize scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and SQL to enhance Infra Automation.
• Design and implement large-scale, cross-functional automation frameworks that cover UI, back-end integration, and database levels.
• Integrate test automation using REST Architecture framework within the CI/CD processes utilizing Jenkins, Ansible, and Git.
• Create Flows, Actions, and Deployment strategies within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design functional processes including scenario design and flow mapping.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Flow Designer, and PowerShell.
• Strong scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, and SQL.
• Extensive knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• Demonstrated understanding of various test automation approaches.
• Familiarity with REST Architecture and methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Git.
• Solid grasp of network devices and operational systems including Unix and Windows.

Preferred Skills
