Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sharepoint Developer who will design, develop, and maintain robust SharePoint solutions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement customizations, and ensure seamless integration of SharePoint with other platforms, thereby supporting the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational needs.
• Design and implement secure, scalable SharePoint solutions, including configuring user permissions and security models.
• Optimize the performance and usability of SharePoint applications through continuous improvements and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support and end-user training to maximize the effective use of SharePoint functionalities.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SharePoint development, including customization using SPFx, .NET, and C#.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments.
• Familiarity with designing and implementing workflows and automations within SharePoint.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, collaboration, and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of version control systems and agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint certifications is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Office 365 services integration and related cloud technologies.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting to automate tasks within the SharePoint environment.
• Additional exposure to complementary tools such as InfoPath, Nintex, or Microsoft Flow.
