* Provide technical support for Pi42’s mobile and web applications, ensuring minimal downtime.<br />
* Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents via ticketing systems, escalating when needed.<br />
* Manage relational databases, including design, schema, performance, and backups.<br />
* Maintain technical documentation and share best practices with the team.<br />
* Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, updates, and patches.<br />
* Conduct user training, create training materials, and provide ongoing support.</div>
