Responsibilities

• Edit video reels from supplied event footage based on a defined brief.
• Implement sound design, pacing, and text treatments that are consistent with DAUD's visual identity.
• Meet agreed turnaround times for every deliverable to maintain project timelines.
• Execute edits based on feedback efficiently, maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or CapCut.
• A comprehensive reel portfolio that showcases previous work; this serves as the application.
• Strong ability to accept feedback and execute edits without egos influencing decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in editing style.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in working with various video formats and styles.
• Familiarity with additional video editing software or tools.
• Creative mindset with innovative approaches to video editing.

Experience

• Previous freelance or project-based video editing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
