Job Description

Position: Junior Operations Executive
Location: Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹28000/-

Reports To: Senior Operations Executive
Experience Required: 1+ year in customer service/operations
(Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm are welcome)


Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Junior Operations Executive who is comfortable working both on the ground and at the office. This role combines operations, customer service, tele-calling, sales promotions, and end-to-end centre management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, store/centre management, or customer-facing roles, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Each Operations Executive will be responsible for managing one designated centre from among the three locations. They will act as the in-charge of that centre, overseeing all key activities including operations, administration, housekeeping, customer experience, and reporting.


Work Schedule & Travel:

  • The role is flexible, requiring a mix of office work and field presence.
  • You will be reporting to the Head Office (Church Street, Bangalore) and also visiting centres (e.g., Sarjapur, Panathur, Thubrahalli) as per requirement.
  • Expect regular field movement – visiting centres multiple times a week, based on operational needs.
  • Weekly joint meetings will be conducted at one of the centres.
  • Adaptability is important, as last-minute changes and urgent requirements are part of the workflow.
  • Work timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Weekly off: 1 day per week (rotational or fixed as per team alignment)

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Centre Management

  • Take full ownership of one assigned centre and ensure its smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards
  • Coordinate with on-ground staff and trainers
  • Ensure overall centre readiness and operational efficiency

Customer Engagement & Service

  • Welcome walk-ins, assist parents, handle queries and concerns
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable guidance
  • Act as the face of the centre for excellent service delivery

Sales & Promotions

  • Support lead generation and tele calling activities
  • Engage in local marketing & promotion efforts
  • Convert walk-ins to sign-ups through effective communication
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads & clients

Business Development

  • Participate in BD activities at least once or twice a week
  • Help identify new opportunities to grow business at the centre level

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain attendance, centre logs, and daily reports
  • Coordinate schedules and operations with other executives
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates

 

 


Requirements:

  • Graduate (B. Com/BBA/M. Com preferred)
  • Min. 1 year experience in operations, sales, or customer service
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or store management a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and flexible timings
  • Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn
