Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing customer engagement through personalized experiences across multiple channels. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys to drive business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer journey strategies using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Optimize existing customer journeys to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align journey designs with business goals.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to refine and improve journey outcomes.
• Monitor journey performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or customer journey optimization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar customer journey platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Certification in Adobe Journey Optimizer or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing or customer journey optimization roles.
• Proven experience in designing and optimizing customer journeys.
