Global HR Operations – Performance & Promotions (Contract Role)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven HR professional to join our Global HR Operations team. This role will focus on managing performance cycles and promotion governance within a fast-paced tech organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to drive structured HR processes.
Responsibilities

Performance Management
- Manage end-to-end performance cycles including goal setting, check-ins, calibration, and final evaluations.
- Ensure alignment of goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with business priorities and role expectations.
- Enhance the quality and consistency of performance ratings and conversations.
- Track performance metrics and share insights and dashboards with leadership.

Promotion Governance
- Oversee promotion eligibility frameworks and readiness criteria.
- Coordinate and manage promotion review panels, ensuring decisions are data-driven and unbiased.
- Maintain transparency, documentation, and governance throughout the promotion process.
- Analyze promotion data to identify trends, gaps, and potential bias.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Business Partner (HRBP) / Talent Management.
- Prior experience in performance management and promotion cycles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR metrics and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with performance management software and systems.
- Proven ability to influence and guide multiple stakeholders.
