Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive efficiency in dealer sales by analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with and train distributor sales staff to enhance sales performance.
- Evaluate the efficacy of displays and stocking at the dealer point to optimize sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top dealers to build a robust company-dealer partnership.
- Execute central or locally planned schemes to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of sales operations, distribution channels, and retail management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop insights to drive business growth.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
