Job Description
Coordination<br /> • Act as a point of contact for the marketing team, requiring hands-on experience of working<br /> with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.<br /> • Serve as a bridge between the PR agency and the spokesperson to ensure smooth scheduling<br /> and planning of media engagements, improving visibility for spokespersons in relevant media<br /> and platforms.<br /> • Coordinate with the finance team for timely payment to agency partners and vendors and<br /> maintain a tracker for all payments.<br /> Data Management<br /> • Track, record, and maintain leads from various platforms, assigning them to the RMs<br /> according to the set processes.<br /> • Track relevant metrics, and circulate monthly reports with relevant stakeholders,<br /> highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.<br /> Marketing Support<br /> • Manage and monitor social media posting, website upload, emailer campaigns to optimize<br /> marketing efforts, ensuring quality and timely execution and delivery of projects.<br /> • Conduct online research on requested content - competition, industry trends, prospects and<br /> share observations/analysis with stakeholders.<br /> • Independently lead internal marketing projects and actively engage with agencies/partners,<br /> provide feedback, and oversee assigned jobs.<br /> • Act as a point of contact for the sales team, noting all marketing and operational<br /> requirements and putting them into action.<br /> Skills Required:<br /> • Able to Coordination with internal & external stakeholders<br /> • Observant and detail oriented.<br /> • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.<br /> • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word, MS Teams, Outlook), with<br /> experience handling social media and email platforms.<br /> • Possess good interpersonal skills and confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.<br /> • Able to multi-task, eager to learn and proactive.<br /> • Provide insights from various data points, reports, etc. on need basis.
