Job Description
Coordination
• Act as a point of contact for the marketing team, requiring hands-on experience of working
with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Serve as a bridge between the PR agency and the spokesperson to ensure smooth scheduling
and planning of media engagements, improving visibility for spokespersons in relevant media
and platforms.
• Coordinate with the finance team for timely payment to agency partners and vendors and
maintain a tracker for all payments.
Data Management
• Track, record, and maintain leads from various platforms, assigning them to the RMs
according to the set processes.
• Track relevant metrics, and circulate monthly reports with relevant stakeholders,
highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Marketing Support
• Manage and monitor social media posting, website upload, emailer campaigns to optimize
marketing efforts, ensuring quality and timely execution and delivery of projects.
• Conduct online research on requested content - competition, industry trends, prospects and
share observations/analysis with stakeholders.
• Independently lead internal marketing projects and actively engage with agencies/partners,
provide feedback, and oversee assigned jobs.
• Act as a point of contact for the sales team, noting all marketing and operational
requirements and putting them into action.
Skills Required:
• Able to Coordination with internal & external stakeholders
• Observant and detail oriented.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word, MS Teams, Outlook), with
experience handling social media and email platforms.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to multi-task, eager to learn and proactive.
• Provide insights from various data points, reports, etc. on need basis.
