Job Description
Account Management:
Manage and deepen relationships with key accounts (banks, national distributors, wealth platforms)
Develop account-specific strategies to increase wallet share and product penetration
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales of Mutual Funds and Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs) across assigned accounts
Achieve AUM growth and gross sales through focused engagement and cross-selling
Partner Enablement & Training:
Conduct regular product training, investment huddles, and knowledge sessions for partner teams
Address objections and provide solutions to enhance partner confidence and sales effectiveness
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, operations) to share new product, ideas and branding initiatives
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate MIS and sales reports
Ensure all activities comply with SEBI regulations and internal policies
Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Willingness to travel for client meetings and partner engagements
