Designation: Regional Head – Kerala    

·The incumbent must have over 15 years years of experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive AUM growth and achieve sales targets, should have team handling capabilities, and must have handled multiple branches.

·The incumbent will be responsible for leading sales among the retail distribution and nurturing relationships with Retail Clients & Distributors, deepen the market share in the region, managing sales forecasts and regional budgets, pursuing key prospects, negotiating terms, and ensuring complete adherence to processes and compliance requirements while achieving AUM targets and increasing market share

·Compensation: Fixed: 30 lakhs and Performance-Based Variable Pay

·Location:  Ernakulam, Bangalore

·Universe: AMC background must
