<div>Position Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Zluri, you will play a<br />
pivotal role in driving our outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential<br />
customers for our SaaSOps platform. You will leverage your exceptional communication<br />
skills and passion for technology to establish valuable connections and set qualified<br />
meetings for our Account Executives. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will<br />
utilize cold calling, social media outreach, and personalized email campaigns to generate<br />
interest in Zluri's solutions, all while building a robust sales pipeline and contributing to our<br />
mission of empowering enterprises with effective SaaS management and identity<br />
governance.</div>

<div>What is your responsibility?<br />
As a member of the Zluri SDR team, you will,<br />
● Be a critical member of an innovative, fast-paced Sales Team.<br />
● Drive outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone calls, and social media) to<br />
identify potential customers that would benefit from Zluri's solutions.</div>
<div>Leverage research and personalized messages to drive outbound cold calls to<br />
prospects.<br />
● Research companies through 10K, 10Q, investor presentations, relevant news<br />
articles, etc.<br />
● Be the first point of contact with potential customers to set qualified meetings for a<br />
team of Account Executives.<br />
● Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through cold<br />
discovery calls and email campaigns.<br />
● Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline while maintaining<br />
a high volume of activity, including outbound cold calls, emails, and social selling.<br />
● Discover new leads through internet research and social media<br />
monitoring/messaging, using LinkedIn Navigator and Twitter.<br />
● Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and<br />
business problems, communicating how Zluri can solve them effectively.<br />
● Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (meetings, qualified opportunities, new<br />
contacts, etc.).</div>

<div>What You’ll Do:<br />
● Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through networking<br />
and sending personal, strategic, value-add emails, calls, and social messages.<br />
● Quickly research companies, identify opportunities, and strategize an approach to<br />
create interest.<br />
● Build long-term relationships based on trust and empathy with prospects and qualify<br />
leads as sales opportunities.<br />
● Design and curate personalized, creative emails backed by research snippets and<br />
insights to impress and engage prospects.<br />
● Profile potential prospects based on predetermined criteria.<br />
● Secure qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives.<br />
● Be acquainted with different sales methodologies.</div>

<div>Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:<br />
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business).<br />
● Desire to pursue a software sales (full cycle) position as a career progression.<br />
● Prior experience in B2B SaaS product sales roles preferred.<br />
● Verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented role.<br />
● Passion for technology and disruptive innovation.<br />
● Deep understanding of the role social media plays in business.<br />
● 1-5 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role (required).<br />
● Run-through-a-brick-wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results.<br />
● Comfortable working with different geographies while based in India.<br />
● Well-versed in various SaaS offerings and tools in the market.<br />
● Willing to work on shifts.</div>
