What You’ll Be Doing (Your Greatest Hits)

  • 🎸 Hunt for Opportunities: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads to fuel our revenue growth.

  • 🎤 Lead the Charge: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that hit-and exceed-your targets.

  • 🤝 Build Your Fanbase: Forge and nurture long-lasting relationships with B2B clients and partners.

  • đź’Ľ Own the Room: Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead negotiations like a true headliner.

  • 📊 Stay Organized: Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, track leads, and report on your sales performance.

  • 🔍 Stay Ahead of the Curve: Analyze market trends and keep an eye on the competition to inform your strategies.


What Makes You a Rockstar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Proven skills in sales management, negotiation, and sales automation.

  • Sharp business analysis and top-notch communication skills.

  • PowerPoint presentation skills that could make even the toughest crowd applaud.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to shine-solo or with the band (team).

  • Qualifications - Just a Formality. Fire in the Belly - Non-Negotiable!

  • Experience in MarTech or SaaS B2B sales.

  • Know your way around advanced sales automation tools.
