1. Develop Medium to Long Term financial and strategic plans working closely with Cross-functional Senior Leadership and Leadership Team<br /> <br />
2. Build annual budgets and profit & loss forecasts<br /> <br />
3. Create various scenarios and financial models for long term growth, assess the risks and opportunities impacting Strategic Plan and propose an optimal cash allocation plan<br /> <br />
4. Compare and evaluate previous budgets and forecasts, perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and suggest improvements<br /> <br />
5. Collaborate on the key tactical and organisational areas of budgeting and control, capital investments and resource management<br /> <br />
6. Develop systems to continually improve the standards and benchmarks in Budgeting, Financial Projections and Operating Forecast<br /> <br />
7. Partner with various stakeholders - Business, Projects, Operations, HR, Finance and other functions to evaluate and develop new standard reports to review business performance<br /> <br />
8. Present detailed financial and operational analysis measuring financial and non-financial indicators, identify reasons behind company performance on monthly and quarterly basis<br /> <br />
