Key Roles</div> <div>The PMC Manager is responsible for generating production plans to meet<br /> sales forecasts. Key responsibilities include:<br />  Developing assembly production schedules and coordinating<br /> machinery, personnel, and equipment requirements.<br />  Collaborating with production teams to ensure plans are completed<br /> on time.<br />  Conducting data analysis, generating reports, and identifying areas<br /> for improvement.<br />  Managing material planning, tracking arrivals, making necessary<br /> adjustments, and analyzing inventory to maintain optimal levels.</div> <div>4. Main Responsibility<br /> (Describe Main<br /> Responsibility and<br /> Specify Objectives)</div> <div>1. Update material demand forecasts based on sales forecasts and<br /> develop material requirement plans, machine production schedules,<br /> and personnel demand plans.<br /> 2. Adjust production plans promptly according to requirements, track<br /> order completion and delivery, monitor material status, and provide<br /> feedback on production sequence changes to meet customer<br /> delivery needs.<br /> 3. Summarize and analyze actual UPPH (units per person hour)<br /> against the planned UPPH, come up with improvement plans, and<br /> adjust production lines and plans as needed.<br /> 4. Use the BOM to summarize and analyze material demand,<br /> consumption, and inventory levels, as well as finished product<br /> forecasts, production, and consumption, to balance inventory and<br /> output.<br /> 5. Calculate safety stock, analyze overdue inventory, address<br /> stagnant and excess inventory, and maintain reasonable inventory<br /> levels.<br /> 6. Collaborate with various departments to collect data, generate and<br /> analyze reports, and ensure the accuracy of all data provided.</div> <div>5. Qualification/<br /> Experience/ Skills</div> <div>Education:<br />  College degree or higher<br /> Experience:<br />  Over 8 years of experience in material and production planning,<br /> including at least 3 years in a supervisory role; experience in the<br /> packaging industry is preferred.<br /> Skills &amp; Competencies:<br />  Strong skills in logical thinking, data analysis, teamwork, integrity,<br /> and enthusiasm.<br />  Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, and able to work effectively<br /> under high-pressure conditions.<br />  Proficient in Office software, including Excel, Word, and<br /> PowerPoint.</div> <div>About the company:</div> <div>Pragati RRD is a joint venture between Pragati Pack (www.pragati.com) and RR Donnelley<br /> (www.rrd.com), which is a global leader in printing and packaging.
