Business Development Executive

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive (Internship) will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in business development processes and contribute to the overall objectives of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (or currently pursuing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work remotely, independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing or social media outreach.
  • Multilingual abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant business development, sales, or client-facing experience.

Environment

  • Internship and full time positions available .
  • Work location - remote.

Salary

  • Estimated stipend range: INR 4000 – 5000
