Business Development Executive
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive (Internship) will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in business development processes and contribute to the overall objectives of the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (or currently pursuing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work remotely, independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Experience with digital marketing or social media outreach.
- Multilingual abilities.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant business development, sales, or client-facing experience.

Salary
- Estimated stipend range: INR 4000 – 5000
