The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand that started in 2013. It is also<br /> India’s largest online merchandising platform with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE,<br /> IPL, and Viacom18. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes,<br /> movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and<br /> fashion trends. Although primarily an online brand, The Souled Store currently has 11 offline<br /> stores in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & Gurgaon with plans for expansion pan India.<br /> The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. If you identify with what we<br /> do and are interested in being a part of an aggressively growing brand, we would love to have<br /> you on board.<br /> Team and position summary<br /> As Head of Marketplace, you will be responsible to build and lead a team to set up and grow<br /> various marketplace accounts across all portfolio ventures.<br /> Responsibilities<br /> ● Identifying and publishing our products on suitable marketplaces.<br /> ● Building and scaling group-wide marketplaces presence with full P&L responsibility.<br /> ● Heading the complete external brand portfolio which includes apparel, footwear,<br /> perfumes, etc.<br /> ● Analyze opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow the Marketplace<br /> business through new channels and programs<br /> ● Define the drivers of success for these channels, including selection, quality, customer<br /> satisfaction, partner health, traffic, and operational success;<br /> ● Establish relationships with key partners for these channels to increase relevant<br /> selection, and add value and convenience for our customers;<br /> ● Report and manage the growth of new channels post-launch, achieving growth and<br /> profitability targets, developing effective traffic and online marketing strategies,<br /> scaling up, and reducing costs while increasing efficiency.<br /> ● Build out and own commercial planning of all E-commerce business, work closely<br /> with cross-functional teams and external brand e-commerce agencies to unlock both<br /> revenue and profit opportunities<br /> ● Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives<br /> and push the business forward<br /> ● Responsible for the planning and execution of global online store expansion and<br /> business<br /> The Ideal candidate:<br /> ● 5+ years of experience in consumer goods retailing and intimate knowledge of online<br /> business-to-consumer (B2C) models.<br /> ● Updated with the most recent market trends
