Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong Node.js skills to develop and maintain the server-side of the marketplace platform. This role is essential for contributing to our organization's goals related to the functionality and efficiency of the backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services.
• Develop RESTful APIs for frontend integration.
• Implement secure payment processing systems.
• Optimize database performance and queries.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
  • Strong understanding of database design and optimization with PostgreSQL & Prisma ORM.
  • Working experience with microservices architecture.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Proven experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in writing secure and scalable code.
  • Familiarity with payment gateway integration and search functionality.
  • Knowledge of caching solutions and AWS services (AWS SNS, AWS SQS).
