<p>Position: <b>Store Manager</b></p>
<p>This role will be responsible for engaging with our customers to provide an</p>
<p>exceptional experience in-store.</p>
<p><b>ABOUT THE ROLE:</b></p>
<p>• Manage all facets of store operations covering engagement with production teams,</p>
<p>logistics partners, training team and</p>
<p>management to ensure the delivery of a delightful customer</p>
<p>experience for each visit.</p>
<p>• Understand and document customer preferences to provide recommendations on</p>
<p>styling and customizations to help customers express their personal style.</p>
<p>• Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and administered in</p>
<p>store for the entire team.</p>
<p>• Team resource power planning: Weekly roster and managing leave requests from</p>
<p>team members.</p>
<p>• Innovating and suggesting best practices and documenting the same for</p>
<p>management’s consideration.</p>
<p>• Ownership of store KPIs such as sales targets, alteration and remakes, social media</p>
<p>feedback reviews from customers.</p>
<p>• Creation and updating the system with orders, customer details and</p>
<p>communicating with the production team on order fulfilment.• Provide customer care to customers by email and phone as and when required.</p>
<p>• Liaise with our in-store master tailors to take measurements and fix individual</p>
<p>customer issues.</p>
<p>• Daily Cash & Bank transactions including the responsibility of ensuring accuracy of</p>
<p>petty cash.</p>
<p>• Visual merchandising and store display.</p>
<p>• Daily briefing and Weekly Reports to review sales figures and take proactive</p>
<p>measures to ensure stores targets are met.</p>
<p><b>ABOUT YOU:</b></p>
<p>• 5 - 8 years experience in customer service in the hospitality sector. Any experience</p>
<p>in retail is a bonus.</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree with Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal</p>
<p>• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word and email.</p>
<p>• Customer service oriented with a natural desire to care for the needs of others</p>
<p>• Deep desire to put drive & effort into your work</p>
<p>• Knowledge and passion for men's fashion and style trends, men's tailoring, pattern</p>
<p>design, garment alterations, and seasonal fabrics</p>
