Overview At PawSpace, we wanted to make a difference to both pets and pet parents and the idea of Pawspace took root in our minds. This was followed by months of rigorous research, phone calls, field trips, and thousands of detailed reviews on the pet care services industry in India. Finally, after two years of being in stealth mode serving private clientele, we’ve launched India’s largest pet care ecosystem that is cage-free, cruelty-free with verified pet sitters, boarders, walkers, trainers, groomers and other service providers that see pets as family! Our mission is to become an allinclusive platform that provides pet care solutions for the comfort and convenience of pet parents and pet lovers. We aim to be the preferred, trusted and affordable caregivers to your fur buddies. Responsibilities: • Plan, create, optimise, implement and manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta • Structure the campaigns with company objectives/goals • Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (content, creative etc.) to identify areas for growth • Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experiments, continuous A/B testing and generating hypotheses • Curate insights data and map customer journeys and buyer segments • Report data with across channels, categories, and campaigns Requirements: • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads for ecommerce objectives (revenue, RoAS) • A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgement • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance • Passion & hustle to take on & solve problems individually and within cross-functional teams • Microsoft Excel • Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaborative working style • Proactive, and takes ownership of wo
