Job Summary

The Quantum Computing Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the adoption of quantum technologies across various sectors in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will cultivate partnerships, manage strategic accounts, and secure grants, contributing to the organization's mission of advancing quantum solutions in areas such as finance, logistics, and chemistry.

Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Drive the adoption of quantum solutions, including simulation, hardware, and software, within sectors such as finance, logistics, and chemistry.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage partnerships with research institutions, government agencies in Singapore and Southeast Asia, and key industry partners.
  • Revenue Generation: Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for quantum hardware and software products.
  • Grant/Fund Management: Develop and oversee grant programs to encourage end-user adoption and bolster technology commercialization.
  • Technical Evangelism: Present quantum technologies at conferences and conduct workshops to cultivate a network of influential stakeholders.
  • QCaaS (Quantum Computing as a Service): Manage QCaaS workloads for QpiAI quantum computers located in Singapore and globally.

Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge: A strong background in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science, with a deep understanding of quantum computing.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in technical sales or business development within deep tech or high-performance computing.
  • Ecosystem Awareness: Familiarity with Singapore's and the broader APAC region's quantum landscape.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, particularly in negotiating with scientific leaders and commercial stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
