<div>MERN STACK DEVELOPER&nbsp;<br /> 8-12 yrs experience&nbsp;</div> <div>CTC range - 50 Lakhs&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities<br /> ● Design and execute the long-term strategy for technological development</div> <div>● Drive the product roadmap for new product development, and ensure execution<br /> ● Manage the company&#39;s core technology infrastructure and ensure stability while scaling<br /> ● Build a high quality, technical platform for the organisation.</div> <div>● Drive improvements across the end-to-end technology strategy.</div> <div>● Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.</div> <div>● Work closely with other departments to define and deliver new products for platform/process improvement.</div> <div>● Ensure timely delivery of key Tech projects in the company.</div> <div>● Ownership of system and data safely for the organisation.</div> <div>● Motivate and manage the current team of inhouse software engineers, product team and external engineering vendors.<br /> <br /> <br /> Qualifications</div> <div>● 8-12 years of experience in technology roles, with 4+ years of experience leading a team</div> <div>● Prior experience working on a SaaS platform or in a fintech space would be advantageous</div> <div>● Someone who can act as a strategic partner to the Founder, but also as a hands-on executor.</div> <div>● Education in Computer Science/ Engineering is required.</div> <div>● Coding experience in MERN stack, experience in AWS and Flutter will be beneficial.</div> <div>● Entrepreneur mindset is critical.</div>
