<div>Job Title: Key Account Manager<br /> We are seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) with a strong background in modern trade retail within the cosmetics industry. The KAM will be responsible for managing and growing key retail accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives. This role is critical to enhancing our brand presence and driving revenue growth in modern trade channels.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> &bull;<br /> Sales Planning: Understands business and can create and execute growth plans through systematic planning and organizing.<br /> &bull;<br /> Relationship with the Account and Joint business planning: Work on a joint business planning with the retailer to freeze activation calendar, business plan for the year.<br /> &bull;<br /> Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.<br /> &bull;<br /> Drive Brand Activations: Driving various brand activations, combos, visibility elements, cross promos with other range etc.<br /> &bull;<br /> Ensure regional alignment with Area Sales Managers regarding the Terms of Trade and execution:<br /> -<br /> Engage with the MT sales and operations team to improve service levels to retailers.<br /> -<br /> Engage with MT commercial team to ensure commercial hygiene and drive account profitability.<br /> -<br /> Review monthly performance, MBQ&rsquo;s across categories, commercials and fill rates<br /> &bull;<br /> Managing channel conflicts: Effective controls, monitoring and structured checks to ensure price hygiene and right SKU mix in the market as per norms<br /> &bull;<br /> Ensured the achievement of Annual Operating Plan in terms of primary and secondary<br /> &bull;<br /> Recruit, manage, and motivate the Third-Party Sales team<br /> &bull;<br /> Working cohesively with other functions and collaborating constructively with peers<br /> &bull;<br /> Monitor merchandising standards, planogram, and product visibility in the market with dominance as per company norms<br /> &bull;<br /> Handling sales through distributors to MT retail accounts like Dabur New U, Spar, Health and Glow, Beauty and Beyond.<br /> &bull;<br /> Ensuring 100% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at DC<br /> &bull;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<br /> &bull;<br /> Education: Bachelor&#39;s degree, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.<br /> &bull; Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in retail operations, sales, or franchise management<br /> &bull; Skills:<br /> o<br /> Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br /> o<br /> Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.<br /> o<br /> Ability to manage multiple stores and teams across various locations.<br /> o<br /> Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.<br /> Handle Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility and Promotions conducted at the account level</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
