This role is crucial in both collecting accurate and comprehensive data on unit layouts within various societies and playing an active role in the valuation process. The collected data, combined with valuation expertise, will be instrumental in our acquisition, sales, and overall decision-making processes related to Truva homes. Key Responsibilities: Valuation: ● Analyse and interpret data to assess the market value of units. ● Collaborate with the internal valuation team to refine valuation models and methodologies. ● Provide detailed valuation insights considering market trends, location factors, and unit-specific details. ● Prepare valuation reports that will inform acquisition and sales strategies. Data Management: ● Ensure all valuation-related data is accurately input into the company’s database. ● Maintain and update valuation records, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Field Visits: ● Conduct regular visits to societies in Powai & other micro markets to gather firsthand data that will enhance the accuracy of valuations. ● Establish and maintain relationships with society representatives and residents to facilitate seamless data collection and valuation efforts. Data Collection: ● Accurately measure and record unit layout details, including dimensions, room configurations, window directions, and other relevant features. ● Ensure data consistency and standardisation, vital for reliable valuations. Reporting: ● Prepare comprehensive reports summarising valuation findings and data collected. ● Provide insights and recommendations based on field observations and data analysis to improve valuation processes. Coordination: ● Work closely with the sales and acquisition teams to ensure valuation needs are met. ● Assist in coordinating with third-party vendors if required for specific valuation or data collection tasks. Qualifications: Education: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. Experience: ● Experience in property valuation or related fields is highly desirable. ● Previous experience in data collection, real estate, or field operations is preferred. ● Familiarity with Mumbai real estate market is a plus. ● Total years of experience: 1-3 years. Skills: ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data effectively. ● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. ● Proficiency in using data collection tools and software. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. Other Requirements: ● Willingness to travel within Mumbai. ● Ability to work independently with full ownership, and as part of a team.
