➔ Retention Marketing
◆ Setup campaigns in marketing automation tools like WebEngage, Netcore, Optimove
◆ Automate communication sequences using Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications
➔ Strategy & Execution
◆ Generate revenue through repeat purchases, cross-sell, upsell to online customers
◆ Setup rule-based customer journeys for e-commerce customers
➔ Analytics
◆ Nurture B2C customer base using monthly cohorts analysis
◆ Segment & retain customers using RFM analysis
◆ Intuition & data-driven approach to analyze consumer behavior and drive actions
◆ Analyze transaction data, curate consumer insights to retarget across channels, products
◆ Analyze campaign & website transaction data to build consumer journey
Candidature requirements:
★ 5+ years experience in B2C ecommerce, SaaS, digital & analytics companies
★ Deep expertise in customer retention, loyalty, app engagement, repeat purchases (mandatory)
★ Strong analytical mindset with data driven decision making
★ Highly digital tools savvy to drive performance
