This individual will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis, financial modeling to drive informed decision-making.</b></p> &nbsp; <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;</b></p> <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Work closely with specific business units/departments within Tata Power and actively participate in their operations. Support the Business Development teams.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Provide various business units insights from the finance side.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Develop and maintain &amp; review financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability of RE projects.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Assess the potential risks o before setting up the project and price them accordingly.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks.&nbsp; Support/negotiate PPAs and SHAs with prospective customers.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Develop financial plans along with various business and technology teams with a &#39;bottom-up&#39; approach&nbsp;</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Review the plans vs. actuals project performance on a regular basis</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Do an in-depth analysis of variance and communicate the same to create visibility and enable planning of actionable items.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Do a scenario analysis and develop business plans on product enhancement or business initiatives and present them to top management</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Handle ad hoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time&nbsp;</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Supplement ad hoc requests with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making&nbsp;</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Participate and drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency&nbsp;</b></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">What You Will Need</b></p> <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">4 to 6 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant having dealt with large infrastructure projects.&nbsp;</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Proficiency in MS Office including financial modelling and PPT skills</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Should have relevant years of experience in consulting, M&amp;A, due diligence, corporate finance functions(preferably from top 4) or</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Strong analytical rigor, adaptability, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Detail oriented, accurate and agile.&nbsp;</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-2469678b-7fff-9ea9-027d-a2753debd2b5">Background in Big 4/RE industry/RE IPPs is a plus&nbsp;</b></p> </li> </ul> <br /> &nbsp;
