Job Summary
The PeopleSoft CRM Application Developer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of various projects. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective coding and procedural standards for case management, website, and other business applications. The developer will work closely with a small team to enhance the system architecture and framework.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement projects within PeopleSoft CRM, ensuring adherence to coding and procedural standards.
- Collaborate with end users to test and debug applications, delivering solutions that meet client requirements.
- Produce structured, scalable, and reusable code while actively participating in design sessions.
- Provide ongoing product support, bug fixing, and maintenance for optimum client satisfaction.
- Manage quality control, change control, and system documentation efforts, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Oversee release control and implementation of application components.
- Comply with data security and privacy policies as outlined in corporate procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in application development and customization of Oracle/PeopleSoft CRM applications.
- Proficient in SQL, object-oriented design, and programming with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in PeopleCode and performance tuning of SQL queries with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Over 5 years experience working with the PeopleSoft CRM module, including Application Engine, File Layout, Integration Broker, and PS Query.
- Extensive experience in developing Component Interfaces and Web Services in PeopleSoft, as well as integration with SOAP and REST-based APIs.
- Familiarity with Oracle XMLP or BI Publisher for reporting.
- Quick learner capable of adaptation to a customized PeopleSoft CRM environment and tools version 8+.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft with telemetry tools like Splunk for enhanced observability.
- In-depth knowledge of Application Designer.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to function effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Experience
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in application development, particularly with Oracle/PeopleSoft CRM systems.

- This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility in work location.
