We have already got placement in multiple global chains like Walmart, Target, Hobby Lobby, Smyths’, WH Smiths etc. The Role • Handle operational deliverables for key retail customers like Walmart, Target, Hobby Lobby etc, ensuring that Skillmatics is in position to meet all expectations. • Work directly with the Sales Heads of UK & USA to understand requirements and deliver accordingly • Work directly with the Sales Head of our International B2B business to drive global exports • Build and manage a cross functional team across product development, operations and logistics to ensure appropriate product is developed and full operational compliance is achieved • Play a key role in building the business with each account by understanding their requirements and taking ownership of deliverables • Work with finance team to maintain a tracker on due payments and submit appropriate documentation, wherever applicable You’re a good fit if you: • Have good communication skills and are able to independently propose solutions while working well with people • Are a self starter and interested in a role with cross-functional exposure • Have high energy and a bias for action, and experienced with back ends of Global Retailers Preferred Qualification • 5+ years of experience in operations, with a preference of experience with key global retailers like Walmart, Target Etc
