Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Brand Campaign Strategy
  • Develop and execute strategies for brand campaigns, including product launches, brand

awareness efforts, and sale-driven promotions.

  • Identify and onboard influencers who align with our brand values and campaign goals to

achieve targeted reach, engagement, and revenue.

 

  1. Content Strategy & Development
  • Design and conceptualize content strategies and hooks for influencers to ensure

compelling, on-brand content.

  • Provide influencers with creative guidance and concepts for campaign execution.

 

  1. Team Leadership
  • Lead a team of influencers and affiliates, managing their performance and ensuring

alignment with campaign objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure smooth execution of

campaigns.

 

  1. Revenue Management & P&L Ownership
  • Drive revenue for sale-based campaigns by optimizing landing pages, product

placements, and the overall sales funnel.

  • Oversee the execution of sale events from planning through completion, ensuring all

aspects align with business goals.

 

 

 

  1. Post-Campaign Analysis & Optimization
  • Analyze the performance of influencer-led campaigns, measuring KPIs such as

engagement, reach, and revenue.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement in future campaigns. 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 4+ years’ experience in leading the influencer marketing for any brand is a must-have
  • Prior experience in designing brand campaigns and leading a team is must-have
  • Experience in D2C brand and beauty/skincare brands is preferable
