Job Summary

The Automation Tester will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts. This role is vital for ensuring the quality and performance of software applications and contributes significantly to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionalities.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand application requirements and provide feedback.
• Execute API tests using tools like Postman and report any inconsistencies or defects.
• Maintain and update test documentation and test cases as necessary.
• Identify, record, and track bugs using appropriate documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to provide updates on test progress and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in automation testing.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using C# or Java.
  • Basic knowledge of testing frameworks like NUnit.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Knowledge of API testing and familiar with tools like Postman.
  • Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong client-facing ability.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience

• A minimum of 3+ years in the field of automation testing is required.

Environment

• This is an onsite role located in Noida.

Salary

• Budgeted at 85k + GST.
