Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to optimize customer support
processes.
Innovate in information search algorithms and confidence scoring.
Lead data science initiatives across RightPage, implementing high-performance
solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience in machine learning and data science workflows. At least 2-6
years of experience
Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models in
production
Proficiency in Python, the primary language used for our back-end and ML models
High motivation and a self-driven attitude to execute rapidly and effectively
Seeking high intensity role that provides ample growth opportunities
Work Schedule
Primarily Indian Standard Time, with occasional early evening overlap for
collaboration with our Boston-based team (a few times per week).
Location
Initially remote, transitioning to a hybrid model in the future (RightPage expects to
open a Hyderabad office in a few years as the team grows)
Annual visits from members of our founding team for in-person interactions.
