Genesys AI Developer

Job Summary

The Genesys AI Developer will design, develop, and implement advanced Genesys-based call flows, conversational IVR, chatbots, and voicebots to enhance customer experience. This role involves integrating Genesys Cloud CX solutions with third-party NLP engines and backend systems, troubleshooting call routing issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. The position supports the organization’s goal of delivering seamless, AI-driven customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Genesys-based call flows and routing strategies using Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Dialog Engine (GDE) or Genesys DX.
  • Build and maintain conversational IVR, chatbots, and voicebots leveraging Genesys AI tools.
  • Integrate Genesys solutions with third-party NLP engines such as Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, and IBM Watson.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for AI-driven customer engagement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call routing, IVR, and bot performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices, and monitor system performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX with Genesys Dialog Engine (GDE) or Genesys DX.
  • Proven experience in bot and natural language processing (NLP) development using Genesys AI tools.
  • Hands-on experience building conversational IVR, chatbots, and voicebots.
  • Proficient in Genesys Architect Flows, call routing, Bot Flows, Intents, Slot Filling, and training datasets.
  • Experience integrating with third-party NLP engines such as Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, and IBM Watson.
  • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for implementing custom logic in bot integrations.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs for system and platform integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying AI services.
  • Understanding of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) APIs.
  • Experience integrating Genesys solutions with CRM and backend systems like Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Genesys AI development, conversational AI, and system integrations.

Salary

  • Salary Range: ₹9,00,000 to ₹24,00,000 per annum (INR)
  • Compensation offered: ₹10,00,000 to ₹18,00,000 per annum, up to ₹20,00,000 for candidates with extensive relevant experience
