Job Summary

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will work closely with the leadership team on high-impact business initiatives, focusing on strategic problem-solving and execution across various functions. This role is designed for an individual with a strong analytical mindset, high ownership, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. The EIR will have a pivotal role in driving strategic priorities and enabling execution throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and operational initiatives across business functions.
• Work on high-priority business mandates and special projects.
• Support decision-making through structured problem-solving and data analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
• Identify process improvements and growth opportunities.
• Build frameworks, dashboards, and insights to support business priorities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong educational background with an engineering-focused degree.
• Prior experience in startups or a combination of consulting and startup experience.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• High ownership and execution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and solve ambiguous business challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-growth consumer startups.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably with a background in startups or consulting + startup.

Environment

• This is a high-visibility role in a fast-scaling consumer startup environment located in Mumbai (Fort Office).
