HUMANIFY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED Humanify is a remote research platform that leverages technology to democratize the specialized user research practice. We aim to build a world more centered around real human needs by providing the tools to study experiences as they occur, helping teams build successful product and marketing programs. We are looking for Account Owners who will be responsible for end-to-end sales from pre-sales to lead generation & can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. Responsibilities ● To act as an ambassador for the business, and promote the company, its products, and services ● To be responsible for making outbound calls/Sending Emails/ Surfing LinkedIn on a daily basis to generate qualified leads ● To work closely with BD team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors ● To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets ● To gather information about the product and the services ● To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business ● To assist other departments as and when required ● To maintain all data using given metrics from time to time. ● Keep up-to-date on products and competition ● Strong interpersonal and communications skills ● Establish clear client retention goals ● Assist in creating training courses and educational materials ● Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience Requirements: ● 4+ years of experience in Pre-sales/Lead generation/ business development. ● Preference to candidates with presales and Inside sales experience ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. ● Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. ● Collaborative working style. ● Must work well in a team environment.
