Job Summary

The Techno-Functional Specialist will utilize extensive expertise in Kronos to develop and implement comprehensive Workforce Management solutions, focusing on Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance modules. This role aims to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with client goals while providing robust, tailored solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze functional and technical requirements to determine project scope and timelines accurately.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with business needs.
  • Kronos Configuration: Map complex retail business scenarios to Kronos configuration elements, optimizing system performance.
  • Integration Management: Utilize Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and SQL programming for effective system integrations.
  • Knowledge Management: Create comprehensive knowledge artifacts and training documentation to support system adoption and ongoing usage.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Kronos Configuration expertise, particularly in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
    • Proficiency in SQL and database management, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
    • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL as an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of integration tools, specifically Kronos WIM.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project elements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working within an Agile project environment.
  • Familiarity with creating knowledge artifacts and training documentation.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management solutions, specifically with Kronos.
