Oracle Cloud PLM Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Technical Consultants to join our team on a contractual basis. As a key member of our Oracle Cloud implementation projects, you will provide technical expertise in configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle Cloud PLM solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective product management and strategy execution that aligns with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong product management and product strategy skills, with a proven track record in Oracle Cloud PLM.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud PLM modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements related to product lifecycle processes.
• Develop and deploy technical solutions, including integrations, workflows, and data migrations within the Oracle Cloud PLM environment.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and user documentation to ensure comprehensive solution knowledge transfer.
• Assist in the development and execution of product strategy and management plans in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud PLM implementations and support.
• Strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in product management and product strategy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience in requirement gathering, technical documentation, and user training.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud PLM certification(s).
• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules or ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and optimization.
• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud PLM technical consulting, configuration, and support.
• Experience in product management and product strategy within the context of Oracle Cloud implementations.

Environment

• Work Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai.
• Type: Contractual position.
• Work Setting: May be hybrid or on-site depending on project/client requirements.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹24 - ₹25 Lakhs per annum (contractual basis).
