Job Summary

As a Frontend Engineer, you will be instrumental in building the user-facing layer of our general automation platform. Your role will involve collaborating with backend and infrastructure teams to create fast, intuitive, and resilient interfaces that simplify system complexity and deliver AI-powered automation.

Responsibilities

• LLM & Agent Services:

  • Build intuitive interfaces to interact with multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and the OpenAI SDK.
  • Design frontend components that support real-time AI orchestration, multi-step flows, and streaming responses.

• Frontend Development & UI Engineering:

  • Develop rich, performant web applications utilizing React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and component libraries like Shadcn.
  • Integrate and support document viewers and editors for formats such as Excel, PDF, and Markdown.
  • Build cross-platform experiences using React Native and Expo for mobile use cases.

• Cloud & DevOps:

  • Deploy and manage infrastructure on cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure using Terraform.
  • Author CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery and rollback.

• Experimental Innovation (15–20% time):

  • Explore and implement cutting-edge LLM fine-tuning, memory architectures, and new agent frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in frontend engineering.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with UI libraries like Tailwind and Shadcn.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI SDK) and multi-agent systems.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development using React Native and Expo.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and configuration tools like Terraform.
  • Understanding of networking, load balancers, and high-performance remote connections.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong UI/UX sensibility with a deep understanding of user behavior and flow design.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with state management tools such as TanStack Query.
• Experience integrating and building rich document views with editing support.

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in frontend engineering, with some exposure to backend development being a plus.

Environment

• The role is in-person only at our Bangalore office, offering a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

Salary

• Estimated salary range of 20L – 40L annually, plus equity opportunities (founding-engineer tracks available).
