BSA with Adobe Commerce Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong focus on Adobe Commerce (Magento) to drive the functional aspects of Adobe Commerce implementations. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting user stories, managing backlogs, gathering requirements, and executing customizations on Adobe Commerce Cloud. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders. An understanding of AEM/Headless Commerce is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and detailed user stories to support Adobe Commerce initiatives.
• Gather and document requirements for customization and configuration on Adobe Commerce Cloud.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Support functional aspects of Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementations by ensuring proper integration and customizations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and expectations are managed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BSA with hands-on experience in Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Demonstrated expertise in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and requirement gathering.
• Experience with customization and implementation on Adobe Commerce Cloud.
• Familiarity with AEM/Headless Commerce solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (BTech, BSc, MTech, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience in a functional role within Adobe Commerce implementations.
• Proficiency in other eCommerce platforms or related technologies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development practices.
• Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops or meetings.

Experience

• Significant experience in a Business Systems Analyst role with a focus on Adobe Commerce.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering Adobe Commerce/Magento projects in a functional capacity.
