<p><b>About the role</b></p>
<p>As a Retention Manager at CoverSure, you will be responsible for developing strategies to</p>
<p>enhance customer retention and engagement. Leveraging your expertise in creating</p>
<p>engagement strategies, you will play a pivotal role in planning the best-in-industry retention</p>
<p>strategies and maximizing customer lifetime value</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>• Develop retention strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty and minimize churn</p>
<p>rates.</p>
<p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, sales to align retention</p>
<p>efforts with overall business objectives.</p>
<p>• Utilize Webengage platform to design and execute targeted engagement campaigns</p>
<p>across various channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages.</p>
<p>• Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for personalized</p>
<p>communication and proactive intervention.</p>
<p>• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and engagement and</p>
<p>provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.</p>
<p>• Continuously optimize retention tactics based on performance metrics and industry best</p>
<p>practices.</p>
<p>• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the</p>
<p>effectiveness of retention efforts<b>Requirements</b></p>
<p>Must have’s</p>
<p>• Hands on experience in executing campaigns via CleverTap/Webengage/MoEngage</p>
<p>• 3+ years of retention marketing/ customer lifecycle management experience in B2C app</p>
<p>businesses</p>
<p>Great to have</p>
<p>• Experience in Insurance industry</p>
<p>• 2+ years’ experience in using tools like Appsflyer, MixPanel and GA</p>
