Bizongo is a B2B e-commerce platform that enables embedded supply chain financing and integrated
raw material sourcing for businesses. Combining tech and data, Bizongo's mission is to build simple
and meaningful technology solutions for SMEs and MSMEs of India so that they can trade & transact
digitally with other businesses on the go.
Bizongo services more than 500 enterprise customers across consumer staples, consumer
discretionary, pharma, capital goods, retail, and e-commerce industries. It has a network of 8500+
partner manufacturers who improve their cash flow by leveraging Bizongo’s fully embedded supply
chain financing solutions with 30+ financial institutions. These manufacturers also enhance their
profit margin by directly sourcing raw materials from large OEMs on Bizongo’s integrated raw material
platform.

What will you do as Business Head ?
Strategy & Planning
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive Business & Collections strategy that aligns with the
company's financial goals and business complexities.
2. Design & Implement robust credit risk assessment frameworks to evaluate the creditworthiness of
clients and adjust terms accordingly
3. Leverage technology to enhance collections efficiency, including the use of automated systems for
tracking, reporting, and communication
4. Design and implement frameworks to build predictability and visibility
Leading Execution
1. Lead the Cash flow management process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to
optimize business performance
2.Design, monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to profitability & Cash flow
and take corrective actions as needed
3.Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure 100% collection month on month, reducing
outstanding receivables.
4. Conduct regular reviews and reporting to senior management, providing insights and
recommendations for business growth and efficiency
Manage strategic relationships & key stakeholders
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align
strategies and drive business results.
2. Collaborate with financial controller and compliance head to understand and drive high degree of
compliant business and mitigate risk
3. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and financial
institutions, underwriters to support business growth and operational excellence.
4. Drive a growth culture within the team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous
improvement.
What will you need?
1.Master's degree/ MBA, Business Administration, or related field
2.Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
3.Proven track record of at least 12-13 years in Cash flow management, financial analysis, and driving
business growth
4.Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and ability to translate strategies into actionable
plans
5.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven
decisions.
6.Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards
common goals.
