• Coordinate and provide research inputs and conduct ESG due diligence on companies for BNP’s global ESG research team • Conduct on-field interaction with companies, evaluating their ESG risks, preparing ESG risk notes and monitoring compliance • Strong financial work on the ESG scoring methodology and evaluate the ESG scoring for the companies • Create guidelines, checklists, procedures to align with the best sustainability practices and Impact framework & ratings • Support the Investment team by assessing and managing the ESG risks and opportunities within portfolio • Develop tools and metrics to track, evaluate and monitor the impact measurement across the portfolio • Ensure ESG rating readiness for both internal & statutory audits
