<div>As the Creative Director you will lead the idea, copy, design, tone and direction of campaigns from<br /> concept to execution, inspiring and motivating junior teams working under you. You craft campaigns<br /> that make people say, &ldquo;Damn, I wish I wrote that.&rdquo; Your voice can change to match a client&rsquo;s, and are<br /> equally comfortable creating a totally new one when needed.<br /> What you&#39;ll do:<br /> 1. IDEATION AND THINKING<br /> ● You will be a strong conceptual thinker that knows how to get to the heart of a creative<br /> challenge and build compelling brand stories<br /> ● You will be experienced in creating integrated creative concepts across a variety of brands<br /> and across all channels including digital, experiential, social, activations and film<br /> ● You think strategically and demonstrate a keen awareness of global, national, micro and<br /> macro trends<br /> 2. CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION<br /> ● You will develop creative campaigns that impress clients, deliver on their requirements, are<br /> measurable<br /> ● You will develop and deliver pitches, that impress clients, and successfully bring to life the<br /> proposed campaign<br /> ● You will Work with clients to amend ideas based on their wishes, knowing how to<br /> communicate what is and isn&rsquo;t possible in order to achieve the intended results.<br /> ● You will be a confident communicator with good presentation and negotiation skills that<br /> ensure your team&rsquo;s ideas get buy-in from both internal and client audiences<br /> ● You can get under the skin of your clients&rsquo; brands becoming a trusted partner to them and<br /> drive their creative strategy<br /> 3. LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL<br /> ● You are comfortable leading a team across multiple projects from conception to completion<br /> in accordance with deadlines<br /> ● You are a strong mentor who can use your experience to develop and grow those in your<br /> team<br /> ● You will be able to balance being both hands on when required, working as part of a creative<br /> team, while overseeing other projects in a core directional capacity<br /> ● You will take responsibility for all creative aspects of our own Agency&rsquo;s brand, building the<br /> perception of creative strategy<br /> 4. Market Impact &amp; Recognition<br /> ● Design and execute a strategy that will result in Unigage&rsquo;s work being recognised, admired<br /> and respected by the industry, clients (existing and prospective), and talent (existing and<br /> prospective)<br /> ● Produce work that demonstrates Unigage understanding of market insights, culture, and<br /> creative prowess</div> <div>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<br /> ● Minimum 10+ years&rsquo; experience writing in a fast-paced environment with good<br /> understanding of client&rsquo;s business/category and demonstrate a best in class creative<br /> approach in offering creative solutions to an assigned client or category<br /> ● Proven ability to think beyond the campaign and help develop and drive creative marketing<br /> solutions (platforms) for client brands, with an emphasis on digital media.<br /> ● Sees ahead clearly; can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately; has broad<br /> knowledge and perspective; is future oriented; can help create competitive and breakthrough<br /> strategies and plans. Can connect strategies to creative solutions<br /> ● Sets and maintains high standards commensurate with the company&rsquo;s creative expectations<br /> ● Ability to think in abstract terms; can make connections between unrelated notions; can<br /> formulate innovative ideas where others cannot; seen as original and value-added in<br /> brainstorming sessions.<br /> ● Is dedicated to exceeding client&rsquo;s creative expectations; acts with the client&rsquo;s best interest in<br /> mind. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with client and gains their trust and<br /> respect<br /> What Will Make You a Fit<br /> ● Leading and mentoring the in-house agency copywriters, improving their tactical thinking and<br /> ideas<br /> ● Setting the bar for creativity and ensuring the agency&rsquo;s creative is as creative and more<br /> effective than what an external agency could produce<br /> ● Review all creative and copy within the agency, ensuring it hits and exceeds the expectations<br /> of the brief and Contribute to the overall success and culture of the agency by sharing your<br /> passion, and way with words, thinking and storytelling<br /> ● Collaborating with designers, art directors and other writers of varying subject areas within<br /> the business<br /> ● Assist the Creative Director and collaborators at all levels to clarify briefs, and challenge<br /> audience insights; giving the creative department every chance to define expectational work<br /> What Will You Bring<br /> ● Excellent writing and editing capabilities. Simplify the complex. Make every piece of work<br /> interesting; Significant experience in writing, creative or editorial experience<br /> ● Experience leading a team of creative writers. If you haven&rsquo;t, that&rsquo;s ok too.
