Job Summary

The DPD-Air role is pivotal in ensuring the overall profitability and successful execution of real estate projects. The incumbent will manage a cross-functional team, oversee construction milestones, customer management, and maintain project quality. This position is integral to the organization’s goals, focusing on asset management, risk management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Manage asset profitability and returns while ensuring adherence to the annual operating plan (AOP).
• Day-to-Day Management: Oversee daily site operations and ensure project execution aligns with the business plan.
• Risk Management: Identify and resolve risks to project returns during both the pre-construction and construction phases, providing mitigation strategies and recommendations to management.
• Team Leadership: Set work objectives and goals for team members, conduct performance reviews, and engage in team-building activities.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Post-Graduation from a Premier B-School.
• Professional Certifications: Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Experience: At least 7-10 years in a similar role within the Real Estate Industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, risk assessment, and financial analysis skills.

• Work Setting: Full-time, in-office position located in Gurgaon.
