Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Experience Lead to improve website conversion, funnel performance, and overall D2C customer experience. This role will focus on optimizing the end-to-end user journey through strong UX thinking, experimentation, and data-led decision making.
The ideal candidate understands customer behavior, funnel design, and how website experience directly impacts revenue and customer acquisition efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities
Website & Conversion Optimization
● Own overall website conversion performance
● Improve revenue per session through UX, funnel, and merchandising improvements
● Identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities across the user journey
Funnel & Landing Experience
● Optimize key funnel stages from product discovery to checkout
● Improve landing page experience across traffic sources
● Build differentiated experiences for new vs repeat users and paid vs organic traffic
 
Experimentation & Testing

● Build and execute structured experimentation roadmap across UX, landing pages, and funnel steps
● Drive test velocity and ensure learnings are translated into scalable improvements

Site Performance

● Partner with Tech team to improve site speed and experience stability
● Ensure consistent experience across devices and traffic sources

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Work closely with Performance Marketing to improve traffic monetization
● Partner with Lifecycle teams to improve repeat and retention journeys
● Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on feature and experience improvements

Experience Architecture & Merchandising

● Define UX structure across key customer journeys
● Improve merchandising logic across categories, collections, and campaigns

Experience Required

● 5+ years in conversion rate optimization, growth, D2C experience roles
● Strong D2C / eCommerce experience preferred
● Proven track record improving website conversion and funnel metrics
● Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams
