This role will focus on optimizing the end-to-end user journey through strong UX thinking, experimentation, and data-led decision making.<br /> The ideal candidate understands customer behavior, funnel design, and how website experience directly impacts revenue and customer acquisition efficiency.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities<br /> Website &amp; Conversion Optimization<br /> ● Own overall website conversion performance<br /> ● Improve revenue per session through UX, funnel, and merchandising improvements<br /> ● Identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities across the user journey<br /> Funnel &amp; Landing Experience<br /> ● Optimize key funnel stages from product discovery to checkout<br /> ● Improve landing page experience across traffic sources<br /> ● Build differentiated experiences for new vs repeat users and paid vs organic traffic</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Experimentation &amp; Testing</div> <div><br /> ● Build and execute structured experimentation roadmap across UX, landing pages, and funnel steps<br /> ● Drive test velocity and ensure learnings are translated into scalable improvements</div> <div><br /> Site Performance</div> <div><br /> ● Partner with Tech team to improve site speed and experience stability<br /> ● Ensure consistent experience across devices and traffic sources</div> <div><br /> Cross-Functional Collaboration</div> <div><br /> ● Work closely with Performance Marketing to improve traffic monetization<br /> ● Partner with Lifecycle teams to improve repeat and retention journeys<br /> ● Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on feature and experience improvements</div> <div><br /> Experience Architecture &amp; Merchandising</div> <div><br /> ● Define UX structure across key customer journeys<br /> ● Improve merchandising logic across categories, collections, and campaigns</div> <div><br /> Experience Required</div> <div><br /> ● 5+ years in conversion rate optimization, growth, D2C experience roles<br /> ● Strong D2C / eCommerce experience preferred<br /> ● Proven track record improving website conversion and funnel metrics<br /> ● Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
