Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Automation Testing professionals with expertise in Python Programming to join our team. As an Automation Testing Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. This role is essential to drive the efficiency of our testing processes and support the delivery of robust solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
• Execute and monitor automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test data for assigned projects.
• Report, track, and manage defects through to resolution.
• Continuously improve test frameworks and propose enhancements to automation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and test automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or similar.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience in testing web-based and API-driven applications.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automation testing and Python programming.

Salary

• INR 2,00,000 – 15,00,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
