Job Summary

This role is a high-impact leadership position working directly with the CEO and the senior leadership team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and growth trajectory, especially as the company prepares for its IPO journey. The role involves leading critical functions, representing the CEO in various forums, and ensuring alignment across multiple departments to drive the company's vision and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of Ripik's n-1 leadership team, working closely with the CEO on top priorities that influence the company's strategic direction.
• Lead the company's IPO readiness by establishing and maintaining operational and reporting standards necessary for the journey.
• Oversee one major function end-to-end—such as Customer Success, Product Delivery, or Growth/Marketing—or take on a Chief of Staff mandate spanning multiple functions, managing high-priority initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Act as a representative for the CEO in internal and external forums, ensuring consistent messaging and follow-through on commitments.
• Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between executive leadership, board members, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience, ideally including significant tenure in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) or a Chief of Staff / strategy role at a high-growth startup.
• Graduate from a Tier 1 college; MBA from IIM – A/B/C preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with experience managing workstreams, projects, or functions end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, capable of bringing clarity to ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with the CEO, board members, or C-suite executives.
• Client handling experience, preferably from top consulting engagements.
• Prior experience in a 0-to-1 or early-stage startup environment.

• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, with a background in consulting, startup leadership, or strategic roles in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives.
