Job Summary

We are seeking a strong MSSQL Developer to join our team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining database solutions, specifically in writing complex queries and stored procedures. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of performance tuning, which will contribute significantly to our organization’s goals in data management and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support application functionalities.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization to ensure efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues as they arise.
• Maintain documentation of database architecture, design, and queries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) and T-SQL.
• Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Solid understanding of database performance tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with database modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in database development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud database services (e.g., Azure SQL Database).
• Competence in programming languages such as C# or Java would be advantageous.
